At Dreamers' Meat Market, we are committed to helping busy individuals and parents conveniently provide the best meals for their families so they can finally take the guesswork out of planning a healthy meal when dinner time comes around.
Ever run out of time to cook a healthy meal before starting that last meeting or getting the kids off to their extracurricular? Well, that is where our story begins.
In 2017, we started Dreamers’ Ranch, a community homestead that serves to create the conditions for young leaders to step into their potential through mentorship and programs on regenerative agriculture and entrepreneurship.
Our students learn the connection between the soil, our health, and our society–all while reproducing the goodness of regenerative farming for your table (sold right here at Dreamers’ Meat Market!)
Because of this most important vision and how busy we are accomplishing it, we, just like many of our best customers, understand what it is like to feel the guilt of yet another fast food dinner. 
That is why with a few acres, just as many animals and a lot of hard work we are committed to doing things the right way. Today, we are recognized as the leading farm-to-table meat producer our customers have grown to know and trust.
At Dreamers’ Ranch we are committed to 100% grass-fed, regeneratively-raised meat, without any of the junk you will find in most available sources. We believe this is essential for providing a quality product that is healthy for families and healing for the environment.

Stephanie Foster

Stephanie Foster is the founder and executive director of Dreamers’ Ranch, where her entrepreneurial vision drives programs designed to empower youth and families.

With decades of experience as a pastor, mother, and community activist, Stephanie leads with purpose and passion. Her deep-rooted desire for generational change fuels her efforts to guide future leaders in discovering their true purpose and identity.

Through Dreamers’ Ranch, Stephanie combines her expertise in mentorship, agriculture, faith, and entrepreneurship to build a legacy that equips young people with the real-life skills and character needed to succeed in both business and life.

Her commitment to community growth and leadership development is reflected in every program, aiming to cultivate strong, purpose-driven individuals who will have a lasting impact on their communities

Emily Shattuck

Emily Shattuck is the operations & program director and co-founder of Dreamers’ Ranch, where she blends her passion for regenerative farming with her dedication to developing the next generation of Christian youth. Emily holds a master’s degree in outdoor adventure and leadership from Wheaton College and brings over 20 years of experience working with youth and young adults in ministry.

As the director of operations, Emily bridges all of Dreamers’ Ranch’s teams—finance, egg, project, and marketing and sales—while overseeing a dedicated volunteer staff of 50+ individuals. Her ability to coordinate and lead these diverse teams ensures the organization operates seamlessly.

Camden Stockin

Camden Stockin is the farm manager and a core program team member at Dreamers’ Ranch. With desire to learn regenerative agriculture and animal care, he helps the farm run well. Managing daily chores and overseeing livestock well-being to tackling essential projects that improve the ranch, Camden plays a role in maintaining a thriving, sustainable farm environment. His dedication ensures that our animals are not only well-fed and cared for but also loved, creating a space where stewardship and compassion go hand in hand.

Adriana Ciccarone

Adriana is the Marketing & Sales Coordinator as well as a core program team member at Dreamers’ Ranch.

She oversees our online meat market, writes engaging weekly newsletters, and manages our social media platforms, sharing the heart and mission of Dreamers’ Ranch with our community.

Not only does Adriana connect consumers with our regeneratively raised meats, but she also fosters a deep appreciation for mindful, healthy living. Always making Dreamers' Ranch a lovelier place everyday!

Gloria Michelson

Gloria Michelson is our Head Egg Babe and the queen of all our wonderful lady hens. With a heart for hard work and a keen eye for quality, she manages our egg business volunteer staff, ensuring that every egg is collected, washed, packaged, and delivered with care.

She takes pride in overseeing the entire process, from tending to our happy hens to stocking our vendors with the freshest farm eggs. Her dedication ensures that each dozen embodies the integrity, sustainability, and excellence that Dreamers’ Ranch stands for.

Joel T.

Joel Is our current farm Intern! He works side-by-side with our Farm Manager, Camden, and together they are an unstoppable team. Joel has a growing heart for farming, a desire for growth, and is currently training to work with our amazing youth!

Whether he’s feeding animals, working on projects, learning in the classroom, or spending time with youth In our programs, Joel pours dedication and flair into everything he does.
