Our 1/4 Beef Box is a standard cut side of beef, using our very own favorite cutting instructions, with the contents equally divided to make two equal quarters. This is grass-fed and regeneratively raised beef, free from junk like GMOs and vaccines - the perfect, nourishing staple for your family’s meals.
A 1/4 Beef Box contains approximately 85 pounds of cut and packaged beef, and requires 3-4 cubic feet of freezer space. Given that cattle come in all shapes and sizes, please note that we cannot guarantee all of the cuts listed. The items you receive cannot be customized.
What to Expect When You Get a Quarter Beef Box…
- 40-50 lbs Ground Beef
- 10-12 lbs Prime Steak Cuts
- 12-15 lbs Roasts (Chuck, Sirloin, Eye of Round, etc.)
- 8-10 lbs Top Round, Skirt, Flank, Flat Iron, or Shank Cuts
- 1 approx. 2 lb Brisket
- 2-3 lbs Short Ribs
- 2-3 lbs Stew Meat
- FREE Beef Bones
Total Yield: About 100 pounds of packaged grass-fed, farm-fresh beef
