Important: This is a $250 deposit that goes towards your final cost of the whole pork share. Final price is based on hanging weight at $8/lb. Pigs weigh out at approximately 250-300 pounds. The take home weight will be approximately 100 pounds of pork. Your balance will be due at the time of butcher and emailed to you at that time. This cost includes nitrite free smoking of all bacon. Pigs are a seasonal animal and will be processed and ready for you in the fall (Oct-Nov).

A Whole Pork Share is approximately 100 lbs of cut and packaged pork and takes up about 3.5 cubic feet of space. Given that pigs come in all shapes and sizes, please note that we cannot guarantee the exact quantity of the cuts listed. The items you receive cannot be customized.
